SHIPPING POLICY

At G-Wagon Authentic Part Junction, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We ship to customers throughout the United States and selected international destinations. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and carrier availability. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email when available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier. If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and products.
