At GWagon Authentic Part Junction, we stand behind the quality of our parts and accessories.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@gwagonauthenticpartjunction.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your item back.

Important: Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping and purchasing insurance.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
to your original payment method.

Note: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item,
please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-ordered parts
  • Final sale items
  • Installed or altered products
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items
